Later, back in the Oval Office, President Bush is jokingly asking President Clinton what were those things he had in mind"

This rare photo shows JFK wearing a suit and tie, on horseback, wile campaigning in Sioux City, Iowa on September 22, 1960. Somebody dared JFK to get on the horse, and he took their dare. Actually, it was a mule, but what a fascinatingly bizarre photo.
